Spela Prijon
Since obtaining a Masters degree in Pharmacy, Spela has “put her degree to work” by working with startups. She founded her own startup, went through an accelerator and has joined and scaled 4 other software and hardware companies.
Prior to EquityPeople she was at a London-based people consultancy, where she created a program that allowed companies to scale equity plans efficiently. Our consultancy is built on the experience she acquired by working with equity plans for 100s of startups from seed to IPO stage, in jurisdictions all over the world.

Whilst working at PwC and a specialised London-based people consultancy he helped companies scale and operationalise their People function. Tamas has implemented Levelling and Progression frameworks, Total compensation strategies, and Equity schemes in high growth scaleups worldwide.

Ann-Sophie Manzeschke
Ann-So brought strong analytical skills from her Bachelor’s and Master’s in Psychology into her career. She began as an HR generalist before finding her home in the rewards field. Since 2021, she has played an integral role in shaping Personio’s reward strategy across multiple jurisdictions.
With Personio Ann-So experienced most of the questions and challenges a total rewards expert can face. From rapid growth to adapting strategies during periods of consolidation, balancing the impact on how much to pay to whom across every pillar of compensation.
