Tamas graduated from the University of Cambridge, then proceeded to expand his knowledge at PwC as an HR consultant.
Since then, he has joined startups in People and Operations roles. He worked at Ledgy, Luminovo, and the People Collective where he helped companies scale People operations from Seed stage and beyond. Tamas has implemented Levelling and Progression, Total compensation, Recruiting and Equity schemes in high growth startups all over Europe.
Since obtaining the Masters degree in Pharmacy, Spela has been working with startups. She founded her own startup, went through an accelerator and since then has joined and scaled 4 startups.
Most recently, she joined the People Collective, where she created a program that allows companies to scale equity plans. The program was created with the knowledge acquired as Head of CX at Ledgy, where she lead implementation of equity plans for 100s of startups from seed to IPO stage, in jurisdictions all over the world.
